Shipping
- Any eventual expense or import tax is to be considered at the expense of the recipient.
- Any import tax and expense for return shipments for reimbursement to non-EEC countries is charged to the customer.
- In the case of goods on sale or promotion, the threshold of € 80.00 for free shipping may vary or be suspended. See any information banners on our site.
Return policy
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Cost of Return:
- The return is to be paid by the customer.
- At our stores, returns and exchanges are always free.
How to return:
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them, complete with tags, accessories and tax receipt;

Once the request has been approved, you may proceed with shipping using a courier of your choice.
- When the goods have arrived at our warehouse we will check that they are in the same initial conditions and we will refund them.
- Refunds will be made only after receipt, verification and acceptance of the goods.
- The customer will be refunded the amount paid for the purchase, shopping cost exluded.
- For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in about 5-10 days.
- In the case of payment via Paypal, the amount will be returned to the original account.
- In the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer, you will need to provide us with your bank details or IBAN to make a transfer in your favor.
